Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and long-term product strategy.

• Gather and analyze customer requirements.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and product benchmarking.

• Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog.

• Collaborate with Development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and Project teams throughout the analysis and R&D product lifecycle.

• Monitor product performance, adoption, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

• Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal preparation.

• Ensure product compliance with regulatory, security, and industry standards.

• Coordinate product launches, training programs, and user adoption initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/CSE/Information Technology/Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or enterprise software solutions.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall, Scrum, and product development methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise software, ERP, SaaS, FinTech, or digital transformation solutions.

• Experience working with international clients and cloud-based software solutions.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, and product documentation.

Product Management Tools Expertise

• Hands-on experience with product and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

• Experience using product analytics and reporting tools.

• Familiarity with wireframing, Visio, draw.io, and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, or equivalent.

Cloud & Technology Exposure

• Experience working with cloud-based platforms and SaaS products.

• Understanding of cloud ecosystems such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)/similar to Oracle.

• Familiarity with API-driven products, integrations, microservices architecture, and enterprise applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Agile Product Management, PMP, or PMI-ACP are encouraged.

• Experience managing products for international markets.

• Experience working with large-scale enterprise implementations/AI-related enterprises.

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, workflow automation, and business process re-engineering.
