Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking 4 goal-oriented and experienced Sales Executives to join our expanding sales and marketing team for our cloud-based ERP and CRM solution (ERP17). The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing both digital and offline leads professionally and converting them into successful clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate regularly with and systematically follow up on qualified inbound and outbound leads provided by the company to convert them into active clients.

• Understand the operational pain points of potential clients (SMEs, corporates, showrooms, hostels, trading businesses, and manufacturing factories) and deliver engaging live product demonstrations or presentations (via online or physical meetings).

• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.

• Maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and collaborate with the customer support team during the onboarding process.
  
  Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven track record in software marketing and B2B software sales within a reputed software company. (Prior experience in selling SaaS or ERP software will be highly prioritized).

  • Gender: Both Male and Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and deal-closing skills with a target-driven mindset.

  • Strong professional communication skills in both Bengali and English.
