Responsibilities & Context:

• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.

• Monitor network performance and report connectivity or performance issues.

• Troubleshoot basic network problems and escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Support LAN, WAN, WLAN, and internet connectivity operations.

• Assist in configuring user network access, VPN connections, and network security policies.

• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and inventory records.

• Monitor network availability and ensure high uptime.

• Prepare and maintain network diagrams, technical documentation, and operational procedures.

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve network-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with IT security and operational procedures.
