Responsibilities & Context:
Prime Tech Solutions is looking for a Solutions Architect to join our team.
What You’ll Do
Define and drive the end-to-end architectural vision for scalable, high-performing systems.
Lead complex infrastructure planning and architectural decisions across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Partner with executive stakeholders, product managers, and engineering leads to align technical strategy with business goals.
Establish, enforce, and iterate on strict engineering standards for security, performance, and maintainability.
Author comprehensive architectural documentation and long-term technical roadmaps.
Mentor technical leads and senior engineers, unblock critical challenges, and cultivate a culture of engineering excellence.
What You Need
Excellent english communication skill.
10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4+ years as a Solution Architect, Principal Engineer, or similar technical leadership role.
Deep, authoritative expertise in designing scalable, distributed systems and enterprise microservices architectures.
Extensive hands-on experience architecting complex solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Advanced understanding of modern API design, enterprise integration patterns, and data architecture.
Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-grade security protocols and high-load performance optimizations.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing both executive leadership and deeply technical engineering teams.
Nice to Have
Advanced professional cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional).
Expertise in containerization, orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and designing automated CI/CD pipelines.
Strong advocacy for backward-planning, structured milestone delivery, and agile sprint methodologies.
