Responsibilities & Context:
Meet with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and technology requirements.
Analyze existing IT infrastructure and recommend appropriate solutions.
Provide consultation on software, hardware, networking, cybersecurity, cloud services, and digital transformation initiatives.
Prepare proposals, solution designs, project scopes, and cost estimates.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for clients.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Assist clients during system deployment, migration, and integration processes.
