• Experience: 5 to 8 years in backend development, with at least 2+ years focused on AI/LLM integration.

• Stack: Strong proficiency in Python (for AI services) and familiarity with C#/.NET (for integration).

• Cloud: Deep expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, Bedrock).

• AI Tools: Proven experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and Vector Databases (Qdrant, Weaviate, or Pinecone).

• Communication: Ability to explain complex technical AI concepts to both developers and stakeholders.

Job Context

Design and build the AI layer that connects our existing .NET system with modern AI frameworks using AWS infrastructure. This is a hands on leadership role focused on integration and architecture, ideal for a senior developer who can turn LLMs into enterprise grade business tools and provide technical mentorship to our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• AWS AI Integration: Develop and maintain AI microservices using AWS Lambda, Amazon Bedrock, and SageMaker to connect LLMs with CRM data.

• Mentorship: Act as a technical lead and mentor for the development team on AI best practices and AWS architecture.

• RAG Pipelines: Implement advanced Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using Amazon Kendra or pgvector on RDS.

• Orchestration: Build agentic workflows using LangChain, CrewAI, or AWS Step Functions.

• Optimization: Monitor and optimize prompt design, caching strategies, and token usage to ensure cost-effectiveness on AWS.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the architect to embed AI logic within .NET workflows and ensure seamless CI/CD via AWS CodePipeline.
