Professional experience in Al implementation, digital transformation, automation, IT project management, production technology, software implementation, or operations improvement.
Experience in implementing Al tools, automation systems, workflow optimization, or technology-driven process improvement.
Strong understanding of Al tools, generative Al, automation platforms, APIs, workflow systems, computer vision, and digital production systems.
Practical knowledge of image editing, video editing, retouching, post-production, e-commerce content production, quality control, and production pipeline management will be highly preferred.
Experience in creative production, image/video post-production, outsourcing, e-commerce, software, IT, or digital operations will be an added advantage.
Ability to identify practical Al use cases and convert them into implementable business solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively with Production, R&D, Sales, IT, Software, and Operations teams.
Strong documentation, reporting, SOP development, and training skills.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Al image/video tools, automation tools, project management tools, and reporting dashboards will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, APIs, data analytics, or system integration will be an added advantage.
Professional certification in Al, automation, data analytics, project management, or digital transformation will be an added advantage.
Job Context
Graphic Associates International Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking, and execution-focused Al Implementation Manager to lead Al adoption, integration, and implementation across all projects, departments, and operational workflows.
Our core business focuses on high-volume image editing, video editing, Al-driven post-production, retouching, cutout, recoloring, VFX/post-production, and e-commerce visual content services, supported by our R&D, Sales, Production, IT, Software, and Operations teams.
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying Al opportunities, designing implementation roadmaps, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and ensuring practical Al adoption that improves productivity, quality, turnaround time, cost efficiency, and business scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Identify Al implementation opportunities across production, image editing, video editing, R&D, sales, IT, software, and operations.
Analyze existing workflows and recommend Al-based solutions to improve speed, accuracy, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and execute an Al implementation roadmap for departments, projects, and operational workflows.
Work closely with R&D, Software, IT, and Production teams to test, integrate, and deploy Al tools, automation systems, APIs, plugins, and workflow improvements.
Evaluate and implement Al solutions for image/video editing, retouching, quality control, reporting, forecasting, and business operations.
Create SOPs, guidelines, training materials, and process documentation for Al-assisted workflows.
Train department heads, team leaders, and relevant employees on Al tools, implementation methods, and best practices.
Monitor Al implementation performance through KPIs such as productivity, turnaround time, quality consistency, error reduction, and cost savings.
Collaborate with Sales, Client Service, and Operations teams to identify Al-supported service improvements, new business opportunities, and performance monitoring systems.
Ensure responsible, secure, and ethical use of Al while preparing regular management reports on progress, challenges, risks, and measurable impact.
