• Tender & Bid Management: Lead and oversee the entire lifecycle of high-value Government and Corporate tenders, ensuring 100% compliance, strategic bid preparation, and competitive pricing models.

• Regulatory Compliance: Deep understanding and practical application of Public Procurement Act (PPA), Public Procurement Rules (PPR), and seamless execution of end-to-end e-GP operations.

• Government Relations: Build, foster, and maintain high-level strategic relationships with key Government stakeholders, institutional heads, and ministry decision-makers.

• Commercial & Financial Oversight: Evaluate tender documents for financial and legal risks. Review and manage commercial requirements, including Letter of Credit (L/C) documentation, bank guarantees, and coordinate financial risk assessments.

• Market & Opportunity Mapping: Track and identify upcoming, high-value government procurement plans, ministry budgets, and national annual development programs (ADP) to align business pipeline early.

• Competitor & Bid Analysis: Analyze competitor bidding patterns, historic pricing strategies, and evaluation criteria to design highly competitive technical and financial proposals.

• Strategic Growth: Formulate high-impact market entry strategies for new government directorates and ministries to expand the company’s structural footprint in public procurement.

• Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and monitor the sales and tender teams to optimize performance, improve bid win rates, and streamline operational workflows.
