Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our HR & Administrative functions. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in HR operations within a multinational company, bank, or reputed organization.

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee records, documentation, and HR database

  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and personal files with accuracy and compliance

  • Prepare HR letters (appointment, confirmation, transfer, separation, etc.)

  • Support recruitment processes including CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding

  • Ensure proper documentation throughout the employee lifecycle (joining to exit)

  • Assist in payroll coordination by maintaining accurate attendance and leave data

  • Support performance management processes including KPI/KRA tracking

  • Handle employee queries and maintain effective internal communication

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Bangladesh Labor Law

  • Prepare HR reports, maintain HRIS data accuracy, and support the HR Lead in developing HR analytics.

  • Any task assigned by the supervisor.
