Masters of Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5-10 years of experience in supply chain operations

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Manage all import and export commercial operations for customer-assigned orders.
Prepare, verify, and submit L/C, commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other export/import documents.
Coordinate with banks for LC opening, amendments, TT, FDD, and payment settlements.
Ensure compliance with customer’s contracts, terms & conditions, and international trade regulations.
Book shipments, monitor cargo movement, and ensure timely delivery to ports and customers.
Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for smooth supply chain operations.
Review customs clearance documentation, HS codes, and ensure bond/license compliance.
Maintain accurate commercial records, export/import registers, and reports for management review.
Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Finance teams for documentation and financial reconciliation.
Track shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery according to buyer requirements.
Monitor financial transactions, digital payments, and ensure strict adherence to company policies.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in commercial documents and reports.
Support audits, inspections, and buyer visits with complete commercial data and records.
Assist in vendor negotiation, cost optimization, and commercial contract review.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly commercial performance reports.
Collaborate with compliance and quality teams to prevent violations in customer standards.
Assist in risk management, identifying potential commercial risks, and recommending mitigation strategies.
Provide support for new customer onboarding and commercial feasibility assessments.
Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
Implement process improvements for commercial efficiency and faster turnaround.
Manage suppliers and logistics partners, including negotiation and performance monitoring.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
Maintain compliance with VAT, AIT, and internal procurement policies
