Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate and enterprise market.

  • Generate qualified leads, conduct prospecting activities, and convert opportunities into sales.

  • Promote and sell ERP, CRM, and enterprise software solutions to businesses across various industries.

  • Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable software solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Conduct product demonstrations, online meetings, presentations, and client consultations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations for potential clients.

  • Coordinate with implementation, support, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM records.

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the ERP, CRM, and enterprise software space.

  • 2–5 years of experience in ERP, CRM, SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B technology sales.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and consultative selling techniques.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to engage with business owners, department heads, and senior decision-makers.

  • Experience in conducting software demonstrations and solution-based selling.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a target-driven environment.
