Experience:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate and enterprise market.
Generate qualified leads, conduct prospecting activities, and convert opportunities into sales.
Promote and sell ERP, CRM, and enterprise software solutions to businesses across various industries.
Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable software solutions to meet their requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations, online meetings, presentations, and client consultations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations for potential clients.
Coordinate with implementation, support, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM records.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the ERP, CRM, and enterprise software space.
2–5 years of experience in ERP, CRM, SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B technology sales.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and consultative selling techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to engage with business owners, department heads, and senior decision-makers.
Experience in conducting software demonstrations and solution-based selling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a target-driven environment.
