We are looking for a smart, proactive, and multitasking professional to join our growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of social media marketing, marketplace management, product listing, content creation, customer handling, and sales support. The candidate will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, managing customer relationships, creating engaging content, and supporting daily business operations across multiple sales channels.

Key Requirements

• Strong understanding of Facebook marketing and social media management.

• Experience in E-commerce operations (Facebook marketing, Daraz or similar platforms).

• Basic video editing skills for creating product promotional short videos and social media reels, copywriting, and product storytelling.

• Excellent customer communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to convince and convert potential customers into buyers.

• Experience in managing daily social media posts and engagement activities.

• Ability to follow instructions and complete any tasks assigned by the supervisor.

• Basic knowledge of wholesale sales, reseller management, and online business operations will be considered an advantage.
