1. Lead overall washing operations and quality assurance activities to ensure production targets, delivery timelines, and buyer quality standards are met.

2. Ensure end-to-end quality control from sampling to bulk production, finishing, rewash, and final inspection.

3. Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, IE, Maintenance, and Compliance teams for smooth workflow and quality execution.

4. Develop wash standards, recipes, samples, and technical improvements in line with buyer requirements.

5. Ensure compliance with international buyers, product safety, and company quality policies.

6. Monitor garment quality parameters and ensure consistency between approved samples and bulk production.

7. Identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

8. Supervise subcontract washing units and ensure consistent quality standards across all production sources.

9. Lead internal and external audits including buyer, technical, and ISO compliance requirements.

10. Prepare quality reports, KPI analysis, and ensure continuous improvement to reduce rejection and rework rates.
