Ø  Communication Skill :MUST : Strong ability in Listening – Understanding- Writing and communicating in English with factory  Expats Management and with the buyer, including on-line verbal communication. Candidates without these abilities need not apply.

Ø  Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Ø  Ability to work in a fast working environment.

1st Requirement: Note Interview will be conducted in English by Expats.

Important: Good capability of Listening, comprehension, speaking, and writing in English.

Ø STRONG knowledge of Knitting & Sweater manufacturing techniques systems and

equipment, and all relevant section-wise knowledge of manufacturing.

Ø STRONG Knowledge of Sweater  Knitting Techniques with ability to conduct Yarn inspection , check Samples and make necessary corrections  and recommendations on Knitting constructions and Knitting Charts.

Good ability of understanding and analyzing Knitting Charts

Ø Familiar with all aspects of production and quality inspection reporting system.

 Ø Read and understand QC file, customer comments and specifications and  maintain During the whole process of production

 Ø Ensure Product quality & Styling checking as per approved sample.

Ø  Ability to evaluate Production size set, inline, PP meeting and QC follow up in factory and strong Capability in Drafting Operation-wise Risk Assessment

Ø  Ability to make corrections and recommendations for Quality Improvement and maintenance

Ø  Good product knowledge on Accepting or rejecting finished items as per customer requirement.

Ø  Organized and accurate with a keen eye for detail inspections.

Ø  Able to perform independent final inspection and have a proper Judgement and capacity to either Accept or not Accept convictions.

Ø  Ensure whether all factories are in-line with current procedures and compliance issues as per the customer standards.

Ø  Conduct inspection at factories and play a more independent role in decision making on

daily quality issues.

Ø  Monitor the production status and follow up and communicate with daily factory-wise Production status

Ø  Strong Ability to analyze, discuss, Impose and convince suppliers on Technical, Quality and Standards.

Ø  Analyze inspection report data to identify sources of quality problems and take necessary countermeasures to reduce and improve future results.

 Ø Ability to work and communicate directly with Buyer and Foreign office by mail and Video conference.

 Ø Should be fully conversant and ability to work on Microsoft Excel Words and Power-point.
