1) Must have strong practical experience in sourcing, coordinating, and executing knitting production through external subcontract factories.

2) Previous experience as Department Head in Knit Composite, Textile, or Garments Industry is mandatory.

3) Computer literacy, especially in Excel, ERP, and reporting systems.

4) Candidates with an educational qualification from Bangladesh University of Textiles (BUTEX) are encouraged to apply.
