We are looking for candidates who possess the following specific skill sets:

-Fabric Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Denim and Corduroy constructions (Weight, Weave, Yarn Count, and Finishing).

-B2B Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate large-scale fabric contracts with RMG factory and Fabric Sourcing team along with merchandisers of Buying houses.

-Sourcing & Merchandising: Knowledge of the fabric sourcing lifecycle and the ability to bridge communication between buyers and the production agent.

-Market Intelligence: Up-to-date knowledge of current market prices, on going fabric trend and fabric demand in the Bangladesh export market.

-Client Relationship Management (CRM): A ready-to-use "Hot List" of active buying houses and RMG factories,

• Candidate who don’t have denim fabric marketing experience and currently not working at any local denim fabric mill or Chinese fabric mill’s BD office no need to apply pls.

Job Nature: Part-Time / Flexible / Secondary Income

This position is tailored for industry professionals who want to utilize their existing network to earn a high commission while maintaining their current employment.

• Flexible Working: No office attendance or fixed hours required.

• Parallel Career: You can work here as a part-time marketer while continuing your job at another organization.

Mandatory Requirements (Strictly Followed)

• Present Employment: Candidates must be currently working in the Sales & Marketing team of any reputed local Denim fabric mill or a Chinese Denim company in Bangladesh.

• Product Expertise: Must have deep technical knowledge and sales experience specifically in Denim and Corduroy fabrics.

• Network: An active and strong connection with Fabric Sourcing team, merchandisers and decision-makers in the RMG and Buying House sector.

• Promote our specialized Chinese Denim and Corduroy fabric to potential Customers,

• Identify new bulk order opportunities within your professional circle,

• Facilitate sales closures on a commission basis.
