Responsibilities & Context:
Lab Deeping Responsibility:
Know the operation of ERP, Data color Spectro-photometer and other machines of Lab Dyeing.
Prepare accurate dye recipes based on buyer shade standards.
Select appropriate dyes, chemicals and auxiliaries for required shade matching.
Support continuous improvement for dyeing recipes and processes.
Plan, schedule and execute of all lab work as per SOP.
Ensure the in-time lab dip delivery, color code entry.
Work with lab colleagues, dye-house and marketing as a team for the improvement of lab support.
Recipe prediction, recipe correction and color related decision-making ability.
Provide technical assistance & advice to relevant work to the subordinate.
Assist production team in minimizing shade variations and dye consumption.
Lab Testing Responsibility:
Perform routine and intermediate lab tests independently for knit fabrics as per ISO/AATCC/ASTM standards.
Analyze test results and ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with buyer requirements.
Prepare and verify laboratory test reports before submission.
Coordinate with Dyeing, QA, and Production teams regarding test results and corrective actions.
Ensure proper calibration status and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Guide and support Junior Executives in testing procedures and documentation.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and internal quality systems.
Support internal audits and buyer/third-party audits.

Salary Range:
After completion of Six months of service if his/ her performance is found excellent, then gross will be TK.27,000/- and designation will be Executive. S/he will also be entitled to become regular employee.
