• Experience in export-oriented RMG factory preferred.

• Strong knowledge of garments cutting operations and fabric behavior.

• Expertise in marker efficiency and fabric consumption control.

• Knowledge of CAD/marker systems and cutting machinery.

• Leadership and team management capability.

• Problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Understanding of buyer quality standards and production flow.

• Data analysis and reporting skills (MIS/Excel).

• Communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute daily cutting plans according to production requirements.

• Ensure proper fabric spreading and cutting as per marker and approved specifications.

• Monitor fabric consumption and minimize wastage.

• Coordinate with planning, store, IE, and production departments for smooth workflow.

• Supervise cutting operators and helpers to ensure operational efficiency.

• Ensure cutting quality standards and identify defects before production.

• Maintain cutting reports, production records, and inventory status.

• Ensure proper machine utilization and workplace safety compliance.

• Follow up on input-output balance and cutting target achievement.

• Support management in solving operational issues and improving productivity.
