Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Fashion Designing

• Training in Merchandising, Supply Chain, Garments Production, or Buyer Communication preferred.

• At least 3 years

• Age 23 to 30 years

• Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfectionShould be able to handle MIS entries.

• Must have skills in examining and establishing proper merchandising operations and procedures.

• Good understanding of core business aspects

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with buyers regarding order status, sample development, approvals, and production updates.

• Coordinate sample development activities including proto, fit, PPS, and shipment samples.

• Follow up on order execution from development stage to shipment completion.

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, IE, Quality, Commercial, and SCM teams for smooth order execution.

• Monitor T&A (Time and Action) calendar and ensure timely completion of activities.

• Follow up fabric, trims, accessories, and raw material status to support production schedules.

• Prepare merchandising reports, order status updates, and MIS regularly.

• Review buyer tech packs, specifications, artworks, and comments carefully.

• Ensure buyer requirements and quality standards are communicated properly to internal teams.

• Coordinate lab dip, fabric approval, and trim approval processes.

• Monitor production progress and shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

• Assist in costing preparation and consumption analysis as required.

• Support shipment documentation and commercial coordination activities.

• Maintain merchandising files, records, approvals, and communication documents properly.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with buyers and internal stakeholders.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within merchandising operations.
