Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Certification in Quality Management Systems (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean) preferred.

• Age At least 24 years

• Minimum 10 years of experience in fabric QA/inspection.

• Strong knowledge of fabric quality parameters (GSM, shrinkage, shade variation, defects).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.

• Skilled in identifying defects, conducting root cause analysis, and preparing corrective action plans.

• Lead Quality Assurance – Oversee quality inspections across knitting, dyeing, and finishing departments.

• Develop Quality Standards – Establish and update SOPs, inspection protocols, and compliance checklists.

• Monitor Inline & Final Inspection – Ensure shade, GSM, shrinkage, and finishing quality meet buyer requirements.

• Coordinate with Production – Work with production teams to resolve quality challenges and minimize rework.

• Audit & Compliance Support – Prepare for buyer audits, BCI, ZDHC/MRSL, and sustainability compliance.

• Supplier & Lab Coordination – Validate dye/chemical quality, coordinate recipe approvals with labs.

• Team Leadership – Supervise inspectors and executives, provide training, and build a culture of continuous improvement.

• Reporting & Escalation – Submit daily/weekly quality reports to senior management, escalate risks in shipment deadlines.
