Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Age 24 to 40 years

• Certification in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, or ERP Systems preferred.
• Training on 5S, Lean Warehouse, or Kaizen will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/material control preferably in the RMG industry.
• Experience with ERP/Oracle system is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material flow.
• Excellent data accuracy, documentation, and numeric skills.
• Ability to supervise teams and manage high-volume warehouse activities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Oracle, and warehouse reporting tools.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Lead the MCD team in managing product development and order execution activities.

• Coordinate with buyers regarding development, order status, approvals, shipment, and technical requirements.

• Ensure smooth execution of orders from development stage to final shipment.

• Monitor T&A (Time & Action) calendar and ensure timely completion of all processes.

• Coordinate with sourcing, planning, production, commercial, and quality teams for smooth workflow.

• Analyze product costing and ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.

• Review sample development, approvals, and bulk production readiness.

• Identify production or development risks and take corrective actions proactively.

• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of merchandising records and buyer communications.

• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate team members to improve performance and productivity.
