Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 24 to 40 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Textile Engineering, or relevant field.

  • Certification in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, or ERP Systems preferred.

  • Training on 5S, Lean Warehouse, or Kaizen will be an added advantage.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/material control preferably in the RMG industry.

  • Experience with ERP/Oracle system is highly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material flow.

  • Excellent data accuracy, documentation, and numeric skills.

  • Ability to supervise teams and manage high-volume warehouse activities.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Oracle, and warehouse reporting tools.

  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.



Responsibilities & Context:

Warehouse & Material Management

  • Ensure daily preparation and issuance of raw materials, spare parts, stationery, hardware, and electrical items.

  • Maintain daily stock position and ensure accurate record keeping.

  • Ensure proper segregation, labeling, and storage of goods with correct BIN card usage.

  • Ensure timely GRN (Goods Received Note) preparation and quality verification of all received goods.

  • Perform regular stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) to reduce aging and damage.

Inventory Control & Documentation

  • Ensure timely recording of all transactions, receipts, and issuances in the Oracle/ERP system.

  • Conduct monthly physical inventory and ensure reconciliation with system data.

  • Maintain accurate stock registers, consumption logs, and shortage/excess reports.

  • Prepare warehouse KPIs, dashboard reports, and inventory tracking updates.

Purchase Coordination & Material Flow

  • Submit purchase requisitions as per user department requirements.

  • Follow up with Supply Chain/Procurement on PR, PO, material arrival, and sample approvals.

  • Coordinate material movement between inter-unit warehouses when required.

  • Update user departments on purchase requisition status and follow up until goods are in-house.

Operational Excellence & Team Supervision

  • Supervise warehouse staff and ensure compliance with SOP, safety standards, and 5S practices.

  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, safe, and compliant with audit requirements.

  • Monitor receiving, storing, issuing, and loading/unloading activities for accuracy and efficiency.

  • Ensure emergency local purchases when required for uninterrupted operations.

Communication & Support

  • Maintain communication with user departments regarding Oracle entries and item availability.

  • Assist users in locating unavailable or missing inventory items.

  • Ensure all stakeholders are updated on material status and shortages in advance.

  • Perform any task or responsibility assigned by senior management.
