Experience:

The Woven Garments Dyeing Manager is responsible for overseeing all dyeing operations for woven garments, ensuring consistent shade quality, process efficiency, and compliance with buyer requirements. This role involves managing production teams, optimizing dyeing processes, and maintaining quality and environmental standards by utilizing his extensive experience, technical knowledge, and leadership skills to ensure quality production, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
1. Production Management
Plan, organize, and supervise daily dyeing operations for woven garments.
Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines.
Coordinate with cutting, sewing, and finishing departments.
2. Dyeing Process Control
Monitor dyeing processes (reactive, pigment, sulfur, vat, etc.) for woven fabrics.
Ensure correct recipe formulation and chemical usage.
Maintain shade consistency and minimize reprocessing.
· Collaborate with R&D for new development and shade approval.
3. Quality Assurance
Ensure dyed garments meet buyer specifications and color standards.
Work closely with QA/QC team for shade approval and bulk production.
Handle shade variations and implement corrective actions.
4. Team Leadership
Supervise dyeing operators, technicians, and helpers.
Train staff on dyeing techniques, safety, and best practices.
Maintain discipline and productivity on the floor.
5. Chemical & Resource Management
Monitor consumption of dyes, chemicals, water, and utilities.
Optimize cost-effective dyeing processes.
Ensure proper storage and handling of chemicals.
6. Machine & Maintenance Oversight
Ensure proper operation of dyeing machines (jet, winch, soft flow, etc.).
Coordinate with maintenance team to minimize downtime.
7. Compliance & Safety
Handling buyer requirements and maintaining compliance standards.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and buyer standards.
Maintain ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) coordination for wastewater management.
Enforce workplace safety practices.
8. Continuous Improvement
Implement process improvements to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
Introduce new techniques for better quality and sustainability.
