• Lead the overall garments technical function for knit lingerie products.

• Develop SOP’s, technical guidelines, and quality standards specific to lingerie items.

• Drive product innovation (new designs, functional features, comfort improvements).

• Align technical operations with business and buyer requirements.

• Oversee sample development, fit approval, and size grading for lingerie items.

• Ensure proper fit, support, elasticity, and comfort of products.

• Collaborate with design and merchandising teams on new developments.

• Conduct fit sessions and provide technical feedback.

• Ensure proper handling of stretch fabrics, lace, mesh, elastics, and trims.

• Ensure products meet buyer quality standards and compliance requirements.

• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Optimize SMV (Standard Minute Value) and production efficiency.

• Provide solutions for fabric-elastic compatibility and performance problems.

• Communicate with buyers for technical approvals and product development.

• Train staff on lingerie-specific sewing techniques and quality.

• Support production teams with technical guidance.

• Reduce rework, rejection, and wastage.
