We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and maintain the quality standards of our products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing quality assurance processes, leading the QA team, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance policies and procedures.

• Ensure products and services meet established quality standards.

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the QA team.

• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external quality inspections.

• Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.

• Continuously improve quality management systems and processes.
