- Age 30 to 40 years
3–5 years' experience in CAD section of a knit garments/composite factory.
Strong knowledge of pattern making, grading, marker making, and consumption calculation.
Proficiency in CAD software such as Optitex.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and modify garment patterns using CAD software (Optitex & Lectra, etc.).
Prepare accurate marker plans to optimize fabric consumption.
Perform pattern grading according to size specifications.
Calculate fabric consumption and support costing activities.
Review buyer tech packs, measurements, and fitting comments.
Correct patterns based on sample fitting and buyer feedback.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Sample, Cutting, Production, and Quality teams.
Prepare cutting files for auto-cutter machines.
Maintain pattern and marker records for future reference.
Ensure minimum fabric wastage and maximum marker efficiency.
Support bulk production with approved patterns and technical documentation.
