Garment Quality Control AQL Inspection .
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)CAPA Report Writing .
MS Excel & Email Communication .
Good English communication skills.
Strong garment technical background is essential.
Buyer standard knowledge (Tesco F&F).
Factory audit preparation knowledge Product risk assessment capability.
Responsibilities & Context:
AQL inspection
Tesco F&F manufacturing standards & Product safety requirements.
Chemical compliance (RSL) & Packaging performance testing.
Need understanding of GSM, Shrinkage, Color fastness & Needle detection.
Fabric construction & performance (knit, stretch, shrinkage, colorfastness).
Pattern making and garment construction & Fit analysis and measurement.
Sewing techniques and seam performance & Wash care and durability testing.
Corrective action planning.
Experience handling Tesco orders will be preferred.
