• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age 22 to 30 years

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Strong customer management and business development capability.

• Proven track record of delivering results and meeting business objectives.

• Manage product development from sampling to order confirmation.

• Develop strong expertise in product development, sourcing, order execution, and buyer handling.

• Independently handle buyer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Experience working with international apparel buyers; UK buyer experience will be an added advantage.

• Follow up on production activities to ensure on-time shipment.

• Coordinate with sourcing, planning, production, quality, and commercial teams.

• Monitor critical path and proactively resolve production-related issues.

• Ensure proper file handover to the Planning Team for effective production scheduling.

• Track order status and provide regular updates to management.
