Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science & Technology

• Bachelor’s/Honours (B.Sc) in Food Science or a Diploma in Food Science from a recognized institution.

• Age At least 14 years

• Previous experience in factory operations and/or quality control within the food processing industry will be considered an advantage.

• Additional Requirements

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Physically fit and willing to travel as required.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Summary

Responsible for supervising factory operations, ensuring production efficiency, maintaining quality assurance and quality control standards, and reporting operational performance to the Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise factory operations in accordance with company policies.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

• Monitor production activities to ensure efficiency and product quality.

• Provide regular operational updates and feedback to the Head Office.

• Supervise factory personnel and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Maintain accurate records of production, inventory movement, and quality data.

• Monitor raw materials, production processes, and finished products.

• Conduct routine inspections and quality testing.

• Maintain documentation for regulatory compliance and audits.

• Train production and QC personnel on food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with relevant regulatory authorities.

• Be willing to work in remote locations as required.
