Job Description:
The Field Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and managing field-level distribution operations, ensuring proper coordination, monitoring and reporting to the Head Office.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform distribution related works as per company guidelines.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly distribution reports.
Track and monitor distribution activities and ensure proper delivery.
Report regular updates and field feedback to Head Office.
Supervise field workers and ensure compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of stock movement and distribution data.
Ready to work in remote areas as per operational requirements.
