Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the food processing factory, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts, general ledger, cash book, and bank reconciliations.

• Maintain accurate financial records and oversee daily accounting operations.

• Prepare financial statements and management reports.

• Monitor daily transactions, expenses, and cost-control activities.

• Process and manage vendor payments.

• Supervise the accounts team and ensure proper documentation.

• Coordinate budgeting and financial planning with management.
