Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
CA (CC), CMA, ACCA (Part Qualified/Qualified) will be considered an added advantage.
At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance.
For the position of Asst. Manager or Deputy Manager, a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience is mandatory.
Experience in garments, textile, manufacturing, or related industries will be preferred.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Sound understanding of VAT, Tax, and statutory compliance requirements.
Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

Job Context:
We are looking for smart, dedicated, and result-oriented professionals to join our Accounts & Finance team as Asst. Manager and Deputy Manager. The ideal candidates should possess strong accounting knowledge, leadership capabilities, and experience in managing financial operations, compliance, reporting, and team coordination. Candidates from manufacturing, garments, textile, or related industries will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the organization.
Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and cash flow management activities.
Ensure timely bank reconciliation and effective management of banking transactions and facilities.
Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and facilitate internal, external, VAT, and tax audits.
Monitor and strengthen internal control systems and financial policies.
Supervise inventory accounting, fixed asset management, and cost control activities.
Liaise with banks, auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts & Finance team to improve efficiency and performance.
Ensure proper documentation and preservation of financial records and reports.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
