Responsibilities & Context:

• anage overall jacket plant operations from cutting to shipment, ensuring smooth operations and on-time delivery.

• Handle production for multiple buyers simultaneously, following individual buyer quality standards, SOPs, and delivery schedules.

• Take ownership of critical and high-risk styles, especially padding, fake down, and seam-sealing jackets.

• Prepare and control production planning, line loading, and capacity allocation based on order priority.

• Ensure effective manpower utilization, line balancing, and efficiency improvement across all production lines.

• Coordinate closely with Merchandising, IE, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve production-related issues.

• Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks, technical problems, and layout constraints proactively.

• Ensure quality standards are maintained at every stage of production to meet buyer and AQL requirements.

• Control production costs, wastage, and rework to achieve efficiency and profitability targets.

• Lead daily production meetings, follow up on action plans, and report progress to management.

• Ensure compliance with safety, social compliance, and factory policies.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity, SMV achievement, and process standardization.

• Develop, coach, and evaluate production and line management teams for continuous performance improvement.
