• Foundational Knowledge of woven garment construction, fabric categories, and basic sewing machinery;

• Good Communication Skill;

• Good knowledge over MS-Office packages;

• Assist in monitoring fabric receiving, fabric relaxation, and systematic spreading procedures;

• Learn to track marker efficiency and fabric consumption based on CAD layouts;

• Supervise the sorting, numbering, bundling, and panel inspection processes to ensure mistake-free input for the sewing lines;

• Assist in line setting, machine layout planning, and balancing production lines for an uninterrupted workflow;

• Track hourly production targets against actual output and immediately report bottlenecks to the supervisor;

• Coordinate with the store team to ensure the timely availability of cut panels, sewing threads, trims, and accessories;

• Learn and implement basic Industrial Engineering (IE) concepts to reduce wastage and improve line efficiency;

• Learn the operational details of wet and dry washing processes (e.g., enzyme wash, bleach, stone wash, hand scraping) for various woven fabrics;

• Coordinate the timely dispatch of garments to the washing unit and monitor their return to the finishing floor;

• Assist the quality assurance team in checking washing shade bands and batch consistency before bulk processing;

• Monitor daily finishing operations, including thread trimming, pressing/ironing, and final measurement audits;

• Ensure all garments are inspected strictly against buyer measurement charts to minimize rejects and re-work;

• Supervise accurate barcode labeling, folding, and final packing according to the buyer’s carton assortment guidelines;

• Any other tasks assigned by management.
