• Strong experience in Woven Outerwear Sewing Production.

• Good knowledge of line balancing, efficiency and productivity improvement.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving and team management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.

• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen and 5S will be an advantage.

To manage and control Woven Outerwear sewing operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, efficiency and on-time delivery through effective manpower, line and resource management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily sewing production of Woven Outerwear to achieve planned production targets and shipment requirements.

• Ensure effective line balancing, manpower allocation and optimum utilization of machines and production resources.

• Monitor line-wise production, efficiency, productivity and downtime, and take corrective actions to minimize production losses.

• Ensure production complies with approved samples, tech packs, buyer requirements and quality standards.

• Coordinate with IE, PPC, QA, Cutting, Trims & Accessories, Technical and Merchandising teams to ensure smooth production flow.

• Ensure proper execution of critical Woven Outerwear operations, including zipper, pocket, collar/hood, sleeve, cuff, lining and other specialized operations.

• Ensure timely line setup and production readiness for new styles and support smooth style changeover.

• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, quality issues, manpower constraints and other operational challenges.

• Drive productivity improvement and reduce rework, rejection, wastage, overtime and production downtime.

• Review production reports and provide regular performance updates, issues and recovery plans to management.

• Lead, motivate and develop the sewing production team to achieve operational and performance objectives.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, 5S, discipline and applicable buyer requirements.
