Strong knowledge of garment quality standards, AQL, inspection procedures and root cause analysis.
Good leadership, communication, problem-solving and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality compliance.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure overall quality control throughout cutting, sewing, finishing and packing processes.
Implement and monitor quality standards, procedures and SOPs.
Lead the Quality Department and ensure effective manpower utilization.
Monitor inline, end-line and final inspections to ensure buyer requirements are met.
Analyze quality issues, identify root causes and ensure effective corrective actions.
Coordinate with Production, IE, Merchandising and other relevant departments to reduce defects and rework.
Ensure proper maintenance of quality records, reports and inspection documents.
Prepare the factory for buyer inspections, audits and quality assessments.
