The applicants should have experience in spinning mill, textile manufacturing, certification body or relevant field.
Practical knowledge of chain of custody and content claim standards is essential.
Working knowledge of spinning process flow and material traceability.
Essential for the Assistant Manager grade and preferred for the other grades
Ability to prepare and verify mass balance and volume reconciliation records.
Strong documentation, reporting and record keeping skills.
Good command of English and Bengali, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
Willingness to work at the factory location in Sreepur, Gazipur

Israq Spinning Mills Ltd., Israq Rotor Spinning Mills Ltd., Israq Textile Mills Ltd. and Israq Cotton Mills Ltd. are yarn manufacturing companies located at Madhkhola, Sreepur, Gazipur-1740, Bangladesh. The companies are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to manage product certification and chain of custody systems across all four units under the Compliance and Sustainability Department.
Job Responsibilities
Manage chain of custody and content claim certification systems including GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, Regenagri, Physical BCI and CmiA Mass Balance
Maintain Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification, including chemical and auxiliary input documentation
Prepare and maintain scope certificates, transaction certificates and annual certification renewals with certification bodies
Maintain raw material traceability from bale receipt through blowroom, carding, drawing, simplex, ring and rotor spinning to packing and dispatch
Perform volume reconciliation and mass balance calculation, and maintain input and output records for certified material
Ensure physical and documentary segregation of certified and conventional material at all stages of production and storage
Maintain certified product records on Textile Exchange and other relevant online platforms
Conduct internal verification and pre-audit checks before certification body audits
Host certification body auditors, manage audit findings and close corrective actions within the given deadline
Train relevant store, production, quality, MIS and dispatch personnel on certification requirements
Coordinate with merchandising and marketing teams on buyer certification queries and claim approvals
Maintain certification documentation for each company separately, as each unit is a separate legal entity with its own certification scope
Support Higg FEM, Higg FSLM and USCTP reporting as required
