Experience:

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Woven Manufacturing

• Bachelor/Honors

• Academic qualifications in Korean Language, Translation, Linguistics, or a related field will be an advantage

• 1 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Excellent proficiency in Korean and Bengali, both spoken and written.

• Previous experience as a Korean Interpreter in a factory/manufacturing environment will be highly preferred.

• Experience in handbag, leather goods, garments, footwear or other manufacturing industries will get preference.

• Fresh candidates with excellent Korean language skills may also apply.

• Good knowledge of factory and production-related terminology will be an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work with foreign management and local employees professionally.

• Must be responsible, punctual, disciplined & capable of working under pressure.

• Provide accurate interpretation from Korean to Bengali and Bengali to Korean.

• Facilitate communication between Korean management, supervisors, technicians, and Bangladeshi workers.

• Interpret during meetings, production discussions, training sessions, factory inspections, and daily operations.

• Translate work instructions, notices, production-related documents, and other materials from Korean to Bengali and vice versa.

• Assist Korean management in communicating effectively with production and administrative teams.

• Explain Korean instructions clearly to local employees while maintaining the original meaning.

• Support communication related to production, quality control, production planning, and workplace procedures.

• Maintain confidentiality of company information and management communications.

• Perform other interpretation and translation duties assigned by management.
