• Must have knowledge of all kinds of pattern making and grading.

• Proficiency in CAD software (Red Tree SW knowledge will be an extra qualification).

• Minimum 10 years of experience in pattern making and grading in the garments industry, preferably in denim/woven products.

Responsibilities & Context:

We are a 100% export-oriented renowned Denim, Woven, Top Bottom Garments Manufacturer, looking for a dynamic, energetic, and analytic candidate for the post of "Pattern Maker (Denim Expert)". The incumbent must have initiative, experience, and the drive to deliver high-quality results.

• Develop and grade garment patterns using CAD software based on development samples and buyer specifications.

• Create accurate patterns, markers, and grading to ensure zero-error cutting and optimum fabric utilization.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, design specifications, and buyer comments to ensure measurement accuracy.

• Coordinate with the Product Development and Sampling teams from development through production.

• Prepare and revise patterns for proto, fit, size set, pre-production, and production samples.

• Evaluate garment fit, proportions, construction, and workmanship, and implement necessary pattern corrections.

• Provide technical guidance on pattern making, grading, garment construction, and sewing methods to production teams.

• Ensure all patterns meet customer requirements, quality standards, and production feasibility.

• Monitor pattern accuracy and support cost reduction by maximizing CAD efficiency and marker optimization.

• Maintain proper documentation and follow up on pattern revisions throughout the product development cycle.
