Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Diploma in Textile Engineering

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering (Only eligible for Textile Engineering.)

• Diploma in Textile Engineering or Relevant Degree.

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age At least 26 years

Experience Requirements:

• Fresher or 2–3 years of experience in the Planning department of a Narrow Fabrics manufacturing company.

• Practical experience in planning for:

  • Needle Elastic

  • Jacquard Elastic

  • Crochet Elastic

  • Drawstring

Additional Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Good email communication and reporting skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving ability.

• Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

• Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.

• Coordinate with the Production and Marketing teams to ensure smooth production planning and on-time order delivery.

• Monitor production progress and follow up on planning schedules.

• Prepare and maintain planning reports using Microsoft Excel & ERP.

• Handle professional email correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure optimum machine capacity utilization and production efficiency.

• Prepare production status reports and support management with planning-related information.

• Perform any other planning-related tasks assigned by management.

Job Location: Durlovpur, Charbahar, Post: Sathkhamair, Sreepur, Gazipur-1744, Bangladesh.
