Experience:
Bachelor Degree in any discipline
Experience with international buyers and export-oriented woven garment manufacturing operations will be preferred.
Knowledge of CAD software such as Gerber, Lectra, Tukatech, or Optitex will be an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple styles simultaneously.
Leadership capability to supervise and develop junior pattern personnel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving fitting and construction issues.
Extensive experience in handling woven products such as shirts, trousers, chinos, jackets, shorts, and outerwear.
Experience working with internationally recognized buyers and brands is preferred.
Strong practical experience in product development, fitting, grading, and production support activities.
Develop and prepare accurate patterns for woven garments based on buyer tech packs, sketches, samples, and measurement specifications.
Prepare base patterns, production patterns, and pattern revisions according to buyer requirements.
Analyze buyer comments and incorporate necessary pattern corrections to achieve the desired fit and garment appearance.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Technical, Sample, CAD, Cutting, IE, and Production teams to ensure smooth product development and bulk production.
Conduct pattern checking and measurement verification before sample and bulk cutting.
Ensure proper garment fit, balance, and construction during all development stages.
Support Proto, Fit, SMS, PP, Size Set, and Shipment sample development activities.
Troubleshoot fitting, pattern, and garment construction issues during sampling and production.
Prepare and approve grading specifications and ensure size consistency across all sizes.
Work closely with the CAD team to improve marker efficiency and optimize fabric utilization.
Ensure patterns are production-friendly and suitable for mass manufacturing.
Maintain pattern records, measurement charts, and technical documentation for future reference.
Guide and supervise assistant pattern masters and junior team members.
Ensure compliance with buyer standards, quality requirements, and production timelines.
Continuously improve pattern-making techniques and garment fitting standards.
