• Age between 32 to 40 years.

• Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred: Composite Factory, Woven Garments, Group of Companies

• Production Monitoring: Daily monitoring of production lines to ensure targets are achieved (OTIF - On Time in Full).

• Quality Control: Maintain high quality, reducing defects (DHU%), and ensuring AQL standards in finishing.

• Planning & Coordination: Review production, material, and machinery planning, and coordinate with merchandising for TNA (Time & Action) calendar compliance.

• Efficiency Improvement: Implement Industrial Engineering (IE) techniques to increase productivity and reduce waste.

• Technical Support: Oversee pre-production meetings, sample approvals, and technical adjustments to meet buyer specs.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to improve skills and reduce absenteeism.
