Responsibilities & Context:

1. Coordinate with the Factory and Head Office Supply Chain teams regarding material requirements and Purchase Requisitions (PRs).

2. Verify and validate procurement requirements with respective users before PR submission.

3. Follow up with factory users and the audit team to ensure timely submission of bills, challans, and supporting documents to the Head Office.

4. Assist the Head Office SCM team by providing complete product specifications, including part numbers, product images, machine models, brands, and technical details to expedite procurement.

5. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure urgent material deliveries after the issuance of Work Orders (WO).

6. Resolve quality-related issues of received materials by coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to reach practical solutions.

7. Monitor inventory levels to maximize stock utilization and minimize unnecessary procurement.

8. Visit local markets with technical/user departments to identify suitable products and evaluate potential vendors.

9. Execute local purchases, when required, following the company's SCM policies, including price negotiation, comparative statement (CS) preparation, approval process, Work Order creation, and documentation.

10. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls.
