Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
CA (CC), CMA, ACCA (Part Qualified/Qualified) will be considered an added advantage.
At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance.
Experience in garments, textile, manufacturing, or related industries will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Sound understanding of VAT, Tax, and statutory compliance requirements.
Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Context:
We are looking for smart, dedicated, and result-oriented professionals to join our Accounts & Finance team as Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager. The ideal candidates should possess strong accounting knowledge, leadership capabilities, and experience in managing financial operations, compliance, reporting, and team coordination. Candidates from manufacturing, garments, textile, or related industries will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the organization.
Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Monitor and control accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow activities.
Ensure timely bank reconciliation and management of banking transactions.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors, internal auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Supervise inventory accounting, fixed asset management, and cost control activities.
Monitor financial risks and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal control systems.
Lead, supervise, and develop the Accounts & Finance team to ensure operational efficiency.
Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
Ensure proper documentation and preservation of all financial records and reports.
Perform any other assignments as directed by management.
