Experience in Compliance &/ Product Sustainability in any RMG/Textile sector
Responsibilities & Context:
Sustainable Sourcing & Material Traceability: Oversee the mapping of the sustainable fibers roadmap. Ensure raw materials comply with standards by maintaining accurate transaction certificates and supplier documentation.
Textile Exchange Standard Requirements knowledge to support merchandising team on sustainable product related queries.
Having Knowledge for the requirement of Audit process for each Textile exchange Standard .
Good relationship with the third-party certifying body will be an added advantage.
Regulatory & Labor Alignment: Ensure all product manufacturing processes strictly align with the Bangladesh Labour Act and international human rights and labor frameworks.
Knowledge of all textile process will be an added advantage.
Expert in Microsoft excel and good communication skills.
