Additional Requirements:
2-3 years of experience as a Denim developer or Designer
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bangla & English.
Ability to view and differentiate the color spectrum
Working knowledge of Illustrator & Photoshop
Responsibilities & Context:
Need a good understanding of the design process involved within the fashion environment, understand apparel to executable samples.
Trend searching.
Sketching as per given instructions.
Produce detailed tech packs and follow the complete development of a product from initial drawings to final samples.
Leads fittings and works closely with the tech team on sample execution.
Allocate samples and source raw materials from appropriate factories and mills.
Liaising with factories and, when required, visiting factories to follow the progress and check the sample room, wash, and sourcing trims, and fabrics.
Perform other duties as required.
