MK Sublimation is a premium Digital Sublimation Printing Service provider in Bangladesh. We specialize in high-quality sublimation printing, sportswear, jerseys, allover print apparel, corporate uniforms, and custom garment printing. We are expanding our creative team and looking for a talented Graphic Designer who is passionate about apparel design.

Job Responsibilities

• Design professional sports jerseys, football jerseys, cricket jerseys, cycling jerseys, and esports jerseys.

• Create all-over sublimation print designs.

• Design ladieswear, men's apparel, corporate uniforms, polo shirts, hoodies, tracksuits, and fashion garments.

• Convert customer ideas into production-ready artwork.

• Create Illustrator vector artwork for printing.

• Prepare print-ready files with proper layers, bleed, and color settings.

• Redraw logos and graphics from images when necessary.

• Match colors accurately for sublimation printing.

• Develop original apparel concepts and seasonal collections.

• Maintain design quality and meet production deadlines.

• Communicate with the production team to ensure printing accuracy.

Required Skills

Software

• Adobe Illustrator (Must)

• Adobe Photoshop (Must)

Technical Skills

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.

• Strong understanding of vector graphics.

• Sportswear and apparel design experience.

• Sublimation printing knowledge.

• Color separation and color matching.

• Typography and layout skills.

• Mockup creation.

• Print production knowledge.

• Fabric pattern and repeat design.

• CMYK color workflow.

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in apparel graphics.

• Experience designing sportswear and jerseys.

• Experience in sublimation printing industry is highly preferred.

Freshers with exceptional Illustrator skills and a strong design portfolio are also encouraged to apply.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly skilled candidates.

Office Time

Saturday to Thursday

9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
