Additional Requirements:
  • Age At most 40 years
  • Experience in woven, knit, denim, polyester, synthetic, or technical fabrics is preferred.

  • Experience working with international buyers and brands is highly desirable. 

  • Should have knowledge of Fabric manufacturing processes, Textile materials and fabric construction, Dyeing and finishing processes, Merchandising and supply chain management.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, Customer relationship management skills. 

  • Sound knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.



Responsibilities & Context:

1. Business Development

  • Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in local and international markets.

  • Promote woven, knit, denim, technical, and specialty fabrics to existing and prospective customers.

  • Prepare and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with buyers, brands, buying houses, and agents.

  • Regularly visit customers to understand their requirements and strengthen business relationships.

  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues promptly.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Sales & Order Management

  • Receive and review customer inquiries and RFQs.

  • Prepare quotations, costing, and price negotiations.

  • Secure purchase orders and coordinate order confirmation.

  • Monitor order execution from development to shipment.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

4. Product Development

  • Coordinate with the Product Development and R&D teams to develop new fabrics based on customer requirements.

  • Arrange sample developments and approvals.

  • Collect customer feedback on newly developed products.

  • Support innovation initiatives to enhance the product portfolio.

5. Merchandising Coordination

  • Coordinate with merchandising, planning, production, dyeing, finishing, quality assurance, and logistics teams.

  • Monitor production status to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Resolve production and delivery issues affecting customer commitments.

  • Ensure compliance with agreed quality standards.
