• Candidates with strong managerial experience and relevant industry exposure will be preferred.

• Manage and supervise the overall activities of the VKR department.

• Ensure smooth and efficient execution of departmental operations in line with company policies and objectives.

• Lead, guide, and monitor team members to ensure timely and quality completion of assigned tasks.

• Coordinate effectively with relevant departments to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

• Monitor departmental performance and take necessary corrective actions where required.

• Prepare and maintain necessary reports, records and departmental documentation.

• Identify operational issues and provide appropriate solutions in consultation with management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and applicable standards.

• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and management.

• Support management in achieving departmental targets and implementing improvement initiatives.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
