• Ensure proper installation of inverters, panels, and wiring systems
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot electrical issues
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and system optimization
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations
• Coordinate with civil and mechanical teams for smooth execution
• Prepare technical reports, SLD (Single Line Diagram), and documentation
• Support ongoing and upcoming solar installations from a civil/structural perspective.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, DialuxExperience in using electrical testing instruments 

• Strong knowledge of PV systems and electrical design

• Experience with inverters, transformers, and grid connection

• Proficiency in AutoCAD / electrical design software and Familiarity with IEC standards and safety regulations

• Work under pressure / Stress management

• Computer Knowledge in Office Management, will be given preference.

• Conduct inspection and evaluation of factory electrical systems (Substation, Transformer, Generator, LT/HT Panel) in accordance with RSC guidelines

• Perform RSC Electrical Safety Audits and ensure compliance implementation

• Identify electrical hazards and carry out risk assessments

• Implement, monitor, and ensure timely closure of RSC CAP (Corrective Action Plan)

• Prepare and update Single Line Diagram (SLD) and other electrical drawings

• Verify load calculation, protection systems (Circuit Breaker, Relay), and system capacity

• Conduct electrical tests such as earthing, insulation resistance, and thermography

• Ensure electrical fire safety and emergency preparedness

• Coordinate with RSC inspection/audit teams and provide necessary documentation and support

• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment
